Reunion Recap and Announcement

Whew...what a party!

Thank you to everyone who came to the reunion! Thanks to Ann's Bridal, Sassy Sweets, Eric Holmes Photography, Will McCall and the amazing planning committee for making our reunion so much fun.

In the coming days, we will be posting pictures and sending the link from Eric Holmes Photography for the photo booth pictures.  If you have pictures you'd like us to post, send them to: searcylion2002@gmail.com.

If you weren't able to make it, we sure did miss you.  But have no fear, we have another event for you to attend on October 5th, 2012.  Our Searcy Lions will be hosting Marion for the Homecoming game.  Before the game First Security Bank will be hosting a Class of 2002 tailgate in the parking lot.  Feel free to bring your significant others and cute kiddos!  We will have a reserved seating area at the game and be recognized sometime during the game.  Classes before us have had less than 30 show up and be recognized.  I'm quite sure the Class of 2002 can top that!  We are also working on a tour of the school for that weekend.  Look for more information in the coming months about the October events.

Once again, thank you to everyone who helped plan the party and to all those who attended.  We definitely set the bar very high for the classes after us!

Reunion this Saturday!

Hello classmates,

The reunion is this Saturday from 7:30-10:30 p.m. at Ann's Bridal in the Rose Room.  Here are some highlights to the night:

• Dessert bar, water, lemonade, ice and a keg will be provided.  If you'd like other adult beverages, feel free to bring them (don't forget your mixers).  Our cake is being made by Sassy Sweets which is owned by Nic Bashaw's mom and sister. 
• Eric Holmes Photography will be setting up a photo booth and taking photos of the event.
• Will McCall (SHS Class of 2001) will be the DJ for the night.  He has a playlist of current music and all our favorites from 1999-2002.
• If you haven't purchased your ticket yet, you may do so online or at the door.  Tickets are $25 a person. 
• Several people have asked what they should wear.  There is no dress code and you may wear anything you feel comfortable in.  Just make sure to wear your dancing shoes!

If you cannot attend, we will miss you!  If you'd like to update your classmates on what has been going on in your life the last ten years, feel free to email us an update with pictures to: searcylion2002@gmail.com.  The updates would be great especially for the classmates with families.  Since the reunion is an adult party, the blog update would be a great way to show off your significant other and any cute kiddos in your family!
